What this website collects
This site has no accounts, no contact forms and sets no analytics or marketing cookies. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and provide our services. Our hosting and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare) log IP addresses and request details for security and to keep the site running — standard server logs, kept briefly and not used to profile you.
Remote support sessions
Remote support runs through Heimdal Remote Desktop. A session only starts when you enter a code we give you, you can see everything an engineer does on your screen, and access ends when the session ends — no standing access is left behind. Heimdal's own privacy policy covers the data their platform processes during a session.
How long we keep information
Correspondence and records relating to the services we provide are kept for as long as we work together and as required afterwards for legal, accounting and insurance purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how it's used. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
